• All photos taken using Geotag Camera remain **your 100% exclusive property**.
• You do not grant us any copyright licenses, publishing rights, or distribution privileges over your pictures.
• You are solely responsible for obtaining necessary permissions if capturing images containing private property, logos, or identifiable individuals.

3. Accuracy of Stamped Data

Geotag Camera compiles data fields by relying on the client-side system APIs of your browser:

• **GPS Coordinates and Altitude:** The precision depends entirely on your device's GPS hardware, surrounding signal obstacles, and the browser's Geolocation precision levels.
• **Address Details:** Reverse-lookup is handled via third-party maps data (OpenStreetMap). We do not guarantee that address names, postal codes, or administrative divisions will always be 100% complete or current.
• The application is provided **for general illustrative and record-keeping purposes** and should not be used as the sole certified reference for high-risk navigation or legal evidence.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided on an **"as is" and "as available" basis** without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will run without interruption, be entirely error-free, or meet all specialized user criteria.
